this blanket is great! it is so adorable with cow print on both sides of the blanket. the fabric is a good quality with sturdy stitching and very soft and breathable material. it isn't going to shed when you wash it but I havent had to do that yet. It is perfect for my almost 3 year old. he sleeps all night with it. He has autism and even requests it sometimes during the day when he's having a hard time regulating. The weight really does help with his meltdowns. I HIGHLY recommend this for littles!!!! This was worth the purchase in every way and definitely would buy again!!!

I have been sleep training my toddler, she really likes to feel physical comfort when tired or upset. This little sized and light weigh, but weighted blanket is perfect. Small enough she won't get wrapped up in, but big enough to be covered. Not to heavy, and it is surprisingly cooling. She is a hot sleeper so this has been very helpful in helping her figure out ways to sooth herself and get comfortable rest without needing to be held or patted. P.s I know I probably set myself up for this, but at the time when she was littler I did what I had to do to get rest. Now that it's come back to bite me in the butt, this has been nice to help transition her. I wish there was a cover, since it is slightly weighted and I don't want to ruin my washer and dryer. It is machine washer safe, but I would suggest going to a laundry mat to do so. That's what I do with my own weighted blanket, which is heavier and larger. I chose gray, 1 because it went with her room and 2, will hide spills and messes easier. I can't remember if other color options were even available but it's a nice material that isn't super cottonie but not swishy. Soft and smooth to the touch. Quilted to the weighted material stays put and evenly distributed throughout the blanket. I am not disappointed. If it were easy to find a cover for it, that would be top notch. For keeping it clean, easy to clean, and to change up the color/style/pattern ect.

This is a great blanket. It has kept my daughter from tossing and turning at night, but the 3 pound blanket even for a two year-old I think is slightly too small. Washes well also

I was specifically looking for a weighted blanket for my son because he twitched a lot when he napped and slept through the night. I heard weighted blankets helped relax muscles so I looked into this one specifically because my son sweats ALOT! First night we tried it and he didn’t twitch no more, also the cooling is true because my son never sweats in it even though it feels thick. I bought the 5lb for my almost 3 year old and it’s pretty heavy, the only downside would probably be the size of the blanket which is fine because I’ll definitely be purchasing a bigger size in the future.

My toddler sleeps so much better since adding this to her nap and bedtime. They love the design and comfort and softness. I love the thickness and ease of washing.

Have had this blanket for a little over two years. My 5 year old is almost 40lbs (the suggested weight minimum) but she has insisted on using this nightly for the past year. It has been through countless (literally countless!) washes and is going strong—no loose strings, rips, or fabric changes. Would buy this blanket again in a heartbeat. Additionally, this blanket does not make my daughter too hot. We keep her room around 68 degrees in Summer, and she sleeps under this blanket with a light blanket on top. In Winter, when her room can get as low as 62 degrees, she sleeps under this blanket and a light-weight synthetic-fill comforter blanket.
