I am a tinnitus sufferer. I got my tinnitus in my both the ears. due to prolonged exposure to high volume.Rite now there is no cure for tinnitus. To extend the time of hearing loss or ear damage the one need to protect his/her ears from loud noise. Early i purchased other company foam ear plugs to safe guard my ears, Comparing to this that is very much expensive and the product also not up to the lavel. ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. *It is foam ear plugs connected with thread. * Its quality is really superb. *its reduces sounds good. *But its smells bad little bit. (who needs a smell when its protects hearing loss) * It is re usuable * Highly recommended. but cant use it while driving with helmet on. it makes bass sound. i am scared it will increase the tinnitus.

Don't buy

They are good TRY. Not really cancels noise but it would reduce little bit of external noise and increase your awareness of inside .How you feel when you close your ears through fingers and thumbs? ..you get more aware about inside but the difference here is it only reduces some noise from outside ( nothing magical) but one thing noticed after wearing this for few seconds and removing it for some of you may feel you can hear better . It's kind of helpful but not too great .Don't have HIGH expectations. Thank you for making this product though and adding a string to it . I am not sure how long would string stay but I ordered pack of 3 in case so I would not have to use it in my ears without string but it's not stiched in its glued out . .40% to 50 % approximately noise reduced

Honest review. There are some negative comments, I think that is because they don't know how to use it and its limitations. You have to insert in your ear by squeezing the foam so that it expand in your ear and fits tight. It reduces the noise considerably, I am able to survive the Diwali 200 plus decibel bombs due to this. It don't block sound completely but reduces it considerably. It is 3M product. Priced cheap and very good product. Highly recommended.
