Clean sound with no added coloration
Fantastic piece of equipment - I use it for acoustic guitar for my percussive strumming - I blend the mic output with the undersaddle piezo output of the guitar to get a rich wholesome sound. I have used a lot of external microphones, but you cannot beat this one at this price - Very very happy. Thank you Sonotone for fulfilling the order promptly. I have always had good experiences with this seller!

Entry level mic for harmonica players
Item arrived in time. Its got clean and clear sound and lacks the distinctive Chicago Blues "Honk" that other harmonica mics have. Not so heavy as the other although the wire is not adequately reinforced at the base of the mic. A cause for concern should the rubber wears out.All in all good deal in that price bracket.

Worst service
Guys please don’t buy from JST mic’s, very worst and poor service, I have purchased JTS 500 mic is good, now I am getting some disturbance sound, some loose connection, but it’s not visible anywhere, and it’s in warranty, now they are charging for that.

BEWARE of Key noise/Pad slaps picking up
Being bell mounted on the saxophone picks up huge key noise/pad slaps.Unless you have a DAW with good NR plugin you are in trouble. But I liked the output after mixing in DAW, key noise gone even for recording without a drum loop, just sax by itself. Will keep it thanks to the DAW.

Amazing though a bit over priced and you need a phantom power supply with this

Sounds awesome.
Best for Saxophone and other wind instruments. Made a set up with Ahuja Trolly speaker and powered through USB socket using power supply. Working great. Awesome sound quality
