It is a great design in so much it's not bulky and great for one pro and 4 needles. Is it worth £22, absolutely not, but it will serve a purpose for a long plane journey coming up. I went back to MDI from an insulin pump. This little case is amazing for keeping everything organized. I just throw it in my purse when I'm leaving the house. No, it doesn't keep them cold. I don't even keep the pen I'm using cold so no biggie for me. Correct, it has no place for alcohol pads. Easy enough to keep those in my purse. This is a great product if you are looking for something for your quick acting insulin. It would not be ideal for someone wanting to use it for extended travel.
