I bought this for myself. I am having so much fun. Figured out how to drift. My cats even are having fun with me and the truck. Seems to be well constructed. It's a fun truck that I run in the house till the winter ends. I'd say it's very functional and a blast. It's got 2 speeds, so you can really get it zipping around on fast. Battery life is pretty good. It comes with 2 batteries so I always keep the spare charged ready to go. The remote controller is real easy to use. Overall, I will buy the green one to go with this blue one because it's a good buy.

Selected this car since the majority of the reviews good. Got this for my nephew for Christmas and on day two the steering rod disconnected from the motor for no apparent reason. His dad hooked it back on and thought they were good. This week the plastic part that holds the steering rod broke totally off--just by driving it. So it lasted for less than two weeks or after only running it several times. Of course it can't be returned so dollars down the drain. My other nephew got a similar car and has played with it every day since beginning of Dec (when we exchanged gifts). Totally bummed that this car was a dud!

This car came with a few parts missing but its a fun little toy for sure. I figured reaching out to the company would fix the issue so id rate it a 5 star overall if all pieces were there!!

Works perfectly and easily right out of the box. The quality is a good value for the price! The remote is easy to use and batteries hold an adequate charge. Great Gift!
