Do these lights have the energy star logo on the light or packaging?

The DLC qualification enables federal/state rebates, which is similar to the Energy Star rating, but aims more toward commercial use. Do you have a single end powered option?

Our 4ft T5 LED Tubes MUST have the ballast bypassed and MUST be rewired as a dual-ended connection in order to work. I installed these in 9 different six tube fixtures. Five weeks later one bulb in each fixture is blinking. What would cause this

I would check ur voltage. The only time I had them pulsate like that is if the voltage was low or you hav them on a dimmer switch. They can’t be in a dimmer switch.

How far apart are the pins. Also 45.75 in. Length include the pins?
