Worst experience
Worst experience I ever had….They have provided otoscope with broken glass….On contacting, they have informed that they can’t replace it…Pls buy from nearby centres rather than purchasing online

I have been using it on patients for the last couple of weeks - works perfectly as described!

Product received was fake. Flimsy plastic. Have used a colleagues version of the real thing and this wasn't it. Serial numbers didn't match the packaging. Will be returning product for a refund
