Not much effective but I have taken only this no other diet followed I have not seen any noticable effect in my weight

False claims
I haven't found this mass gainer is for me as I could see the quality isn't great and it do contains a lot of sugar which is ofc not good for health. Taste wise feels like chocolate shake and haven't seen any sort of muscle mass growth after drinking the full pack.
