I have a severe back pain issue and I was searching for some ayurvedic treatment and came across this pain relief potli from blue nectar. I use it with pain relief oil. I am happy how nicely it helpls in pain relieving and give relief instantly. The only caution you need to take is be careful while heating the potli as the cloth is very thin and it can easily be torn or burned if heated too much.

It helps reduce body and joint pain slowly and feels warm and calming when used. The potli texture is firm, and the premium packaging looks clean and high quality.

As said heated the potli on low heat and used for two days..along with the pain oil . Felt a bit relief with the knee pain... but the third day the potli tore off from the bottom...and now the potli is useless...

Tried various times but not effective. Smell is too hard
