The X5A model is used for working in noise level of 95-110db range areas as per manual.

Q: what is the actual weight of the earmuff? is it 250g or 350g? 3M website says that net weight is 350g

I actually measured after reading the question it it comes to 375 grams exact using the baggage weighting scales. But it is a beast when it comes to noise suppression. Kills almost every decibel sound. Have recommended to others in my family.

Q: Is this better than 3m cash10a peltor h10a optime 105 earmuff?

I have not used other brands. So can not compare. Peltor is excellent.

Q: How does it work alongside with spectacles? does it hurt around the ear, if wearing it for long duration

I don't use spectacles and use it 1.5 hr. in one go. Feels sweating around my ears and need to put it away from ear for a sec or 2 after 30 min. But it servers my purpose. Good/Great product.
