Bayer Keto-Diastix Reagent Strips for Urinalysis, 50-Pack of 2

I started using these as I was starting Keto diet. I keep track of my macros in healthifyme app. Found these strips very accurate as whenever I exceed my carb intake ketone levels on them decrease. just have to wait 30 seconds & check the colour change based on the chart on the bottle. Colours are very close need to always check from chart.

Excellent and user friendly tool for diagnosis of ketone presence

Sometimes the indicator portion of the strip (the red one more than the green one) , after wetting with urine, becomes soggy and decolorised and takes longer than usual (20 seconds for glucose / 40 seconds for ketone bodies) to reveal the final grade of indicator color. Otherwise very useful product for diabetic patients and those prescribed with ketogenic diet. I will ignore this folly and rate 5 star. Perhaps the manufacturer could take a look at this issue. P.S. I have followed all precautions and instructions with regards to storage and usage of these strips. Despite that, this issue of sogginess happens with 1 in about 10 strips.

Glucose measurement doesn’t work.

This is very precise and accurate. I use it to monitor my ketogenic diet. Using it for last 6 to 7 years and everytime it has given me accurate readings. I have not tested it for glucose levels as it never shows any change in glucose reading maybe cause im not diabetic but Ketone readings are precise for sure!
