These really are heat resistant and they worked well with pancakes, with no spillover, and with sunny side ups! They are easy to clean. I still sprayed them down with a light oil spray to make sure it's nonstick and have no issues. These feel like well made silicone, and I love the 3 for $15.

Bought for my anime (and pancake) loving gf after she spotted these style cakes at a local restaurant. Took me forever to find these as I wanted something reliable and large enough to consistently make good hotcakes. First few uses were rough but I finally figured out how to use it. Instructions are in Japanese (you can use OCR + translate) but I'll add what I learned here to save you time. 1. USE BUTTER on the inside of the rings every time. 100% easier and less mess. 2. Only fill halfway/~1-1.25". The cakes will rise some and it takes forever to do super tall ones -- fill about halfway, 8 minutes, lift buttered ring, flip. (Additional 8 minutes) (using electric griddle) I'm excited to try some variations like putting fruit inside/possibly making or adding fried egg. All in all good purchase and a fine kitchen addition.

I cannot cook to save my life but these molds made it very easy to get the right shape for Japanese pancakes :)

Used for many things. Nothing sticks to it…NOT EVEN the eggs i cook it them!!! I recommend these to everyone, there are soooo many things they can be used for and they are extremely easy to clean!!!
