The quality of this cam and monitor is astonishingly excellent. I'm using this to monitor the front of the house from inside the garage, and while the instructions say the night vision is about 6 feet, it is actually 75feet if there is a street light. (Details aren't as clear at 75 feet, but you can see if someone is there.) Also, the ease of setup; you just take it out of the box, plug in the camera adapter to an outlet, turn on the monitor switch, and it works immediately. It has a zoom button that is a 2x zoom, which is great for close up monitoring. The clarity and resolution look great, and the colors are nice and bright. I really wish I had seen this long ago (but maybe it wasn't available), since a security system I got then ($204,) did not last and (replacement) cameras for that overheated very easily, and were no longer available). This gets the job done for what I need. It has two way sound, so when you hear something, you can just glance at the monitor and see what's going on and deal with it if needed. I highly recommend this one.

I love this monitor! If you want a no frills, reliable easy to set up camera, this is the product for you. I had a more expensive camera, and the quality was way worse and it routinely disconnected. I've never had an issue with this camera and it's so easy to use.

I had the hellobaby monitor for a little over a year before the sound completely stopped working. The receiving sound was always difficult to hear and I truly disliked the quality of picture and sound for the price. After the hellobaby monitor started making an awful crackling noise, I decided to find something more affordable. When I first opened the Amazon box I thought I had made a mistake and ordered another hellobaby because the boxes are almost identical. Even the parent unit looks almost exactly the same and the cameras are similar. The setup is super easy. Just plug it in and turn it on and both cameras were already paired. The sound and picture quality is excellent compared to the hellobaby at a fraction of the cost. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The parent unit interface looks exactly the same as the hellobaby, the only difference is there is no clock on the okaidi, just a timer. We have three levels in our home and have zero connection issues from the top floor to the basement. The battery life is excellent. It last all night off the charger as long as the screen is timed out. You can easily turn it on and off with the side button but still have sound when it’s off. Since the monitor doesn’t have WiFi there’s no risk of hacking. Overall this is a 5 star for me because the price and quality are excellent.

Easy to set up, picture is a little grainy but u can still see everything, I can talk to him and he can answer so the voice part works great, I had no connection issues the only issue I really have is if u want to see inside the bed u have to put it on the wall which it doesn't have a way to hang it up so I have had to create a make shift way to get the angle I wanted. Over all the quality seems good. Bought it a while ago and it's still going strong..

I liked this because it is small enough to pack and still big enough to see what is going on. I appreciate that it can run with no wifi. The quality of the picture looks good and the camera has a wide range of motion. Nice to be able to keep an eye on them and be able make dinner at the same time. I ordered two. its works great with seniors as well babies. It was great to have eyes on an woman that was taking care of when she was sick. I could see when she was in distress and was able to address the issue right away without her feeling like I was hovering.

The monitor can go really far and still have connection to the camera. I love how quiet the camera can move as well, so great for a sleeping baby. No WiFi connection means higher safety as well. You can change brightness, zoom, sound level, and move the camera from the monitor very easily. Huge span of camera angle and pan. Talking through the monitor out from the camera speaker is quiet, but I never need it. I have been using over a year and still works great. You can even click the monitor into a black sleep screen mode but any sound still comes out if you keep it by your bedside at night. There is a light bar at the top too that changes whenever sound is detected. Also shows temp of the room! Great product.

For this baby monitor to be so fairly priced, it really does get the job done! The camera spins all the way around from using the button on the monitor screen to move it. I love that feature. Some monitors are limited on moving the camera side to side, and up and down. This one has full range! I am impressed with the size of the screen for the monitor. It is very large! The 3rd image I posted shows my hand spread open, and holding the monitor. Very large monitor view! The camera and monitor have pretty long cords for plug-in, which I love. It also comes with a user friendly mount to mount to the wall. I use a high shelf for mine, but still love the idea of the mount. I think the quality of the image is good for the price, and the speaker works great! You do not need Wi-Fi or an app to work this monitor. All you do it plus both in, and it’s ready to go!! Image 2 shows the camera quality with the lights on in my sons room, and image 4 shows the quality with the lights off. I do have this camera high up, and across the room from my sons bed on a shelf, and this is as far out as you can zoom, but because the camera has full range to move anywhere, I don’t see that as an issue. Overall I think this is a great product for watching your little ones at any age and such a great price!!!

I was initially drawn to this baby monitor because the price is very reasonable compared to many other models out there. And to be fair, it does cover the basics: the screen works, the camera pans and tilts, the night vision is acceptable, and the battery life is decent. For someone on a tight budget who just needs something simple, it’s not a bad starting point. But after using it for a while, I have to be honest—the quality isn’t the best. The video resolution feels a bit outdated, the audio isn’t as crisp as I had hoped, and the range is pretty mediocre. If you move a few rooms away or go to certain parts of the house, the connection starts to drop or lag. It doesn’t give that secure, reliable feeling you really want when monitoring a baby. I also noticed that some features, like temperature readings and lullabies, feel more like “nice-to-have” add-ons rather than well-executed tools. They work, but not in a way that inspires confidence. I have to confess: after trying this, I realized it may be wiser to invest a bit more in a monitor with better technology, stronger range, and higher-quality video and audio. With baby monitors, peace of mind is the whole point—and sometimes that means going for a higher-tier option. Overall, for the price, it’s okay. But if you want a monitor that truly performs across the board, this may not be the one.
