Poor man's olive oil
Well this is pomace olive oil, which means we will lose on flavor as compared to virgin oil. But with whatever is left, it is still pretty decent. Has a high smoking point. Can't be used for salad dressing, as it lacks the crisp taste and smell of virgin olive oil
