We started taking Laktoferrin as part of an attempt to improve gut health as it helps dissolve the biofilm that lines the knee wall of the intestines. Somehow, it also seems to help improve emotional health by improving our mood. The connections in the gut are more complex that previously thought and even though I can't explain how or why this happens. I know it's true for me because when I stopped, those benefits were noticeably lessened. We'll keep taking my it until there's a reason not to.

I don't know if I feel any different, but hopefully this is working well. Will know better after I have blood work done.

I'm very pleased with these and noticed that they've helped with keeping me healthy. I've had digestive issues for years and they've decreased significantly. The bottle also lasts a long time.

Normally purchase at health food store and was unable to locate so, order via Amazon. Nutricology brand laktoferrin is the only one I can take and the only laktoferrin brand I recommend!
