I purchased a size large and it fit me perfectly. I am 165 lbs/5ft7/38D. The neck piece arrives folded so my advice would be to order it a few days in advance from when you intend to use it to flatten out the indentation left from the packaging. Also, perhaps secure the belt with safety pins as the velcro tends to wear out. I received many compliments on my costume and most importantly, I was comfortable. I highly recommend it.
