Esta olla de cocimiento lento la compré para hacer barbacoa y la coce perfecto en LOW. Su capacidad es de 1 kg, es decir, es pequeña pero para el uso que le voy a dar es excelente. La parte cerámica se desprende para llevarla a la mesa y mantener caliente la comida y se lava muy fácilmente. La recomiendo y la volvería a comprar.

I bought these a few years ago and haven't used them much. A set of Taco meat for Mexican dishes. A set for barbeque ground beef. However I've come hit with my family needing breakfast at different times. I decided that I'm going to use these for breakfast. One can make a cereal -- we will use it for Grits. one for Sausage Gravy, one for Eggs, and one bacon to keep it warm when they come downstairs to eat at different times. The putting them into the dishwasher and washing should be a breeze. I have a couple 1.5 Quarts and 2 Quarts and I think they will work well. Using these for this will help me to prepare and then keep warm food. It will enable me then to do other work afterwards at the same time. Better use of my time and ability to end up working at 2 or 3 things at once. Heat level is good in these as is the durability and cooking capacity. I think I will be happy at starting this new organizational level to my work! :-)

My Dog talked me into this purchase and although I gave her the OK to buy it - once it arrived I realized how small it is. But then again, is it too small, my yellow Labrador asked? I was used to using a much larger family-sized slow cooker. This was perfect - no more leftovers for days - one or two meals and I’m good to go. I’ll keep you updated. Giving it 4 stars until I make beans and cornbread.

Haven't used it yet but it did come with a broken handle on the lid..I used gorilla glue gel to put it back on cuz is less hassle.... but I'll update my review if I have any usage issues later. Cute little crock.. it's very small, be aware of that when you purchase. :)
