Purchased this machine last week and have used couple of times, came in original double DeLonghi box. Further packed in bubble wrap. Stamped Warranty card. Machine works perfect, it gets ready in few seconds and this one Is latest model comes with cold brew option and Touch buttons on the top. Steam wand is good and have nice pressure but I guess will need little bit of practice to get foamy milk. Comes with single espresso, double espresso filter, steel milk pitcher , cleaning pin, Tamper, and small descaling liquid bottle. Steel Warm plate on top, can be used to warm the mugs. This one comes with UK style plug so will need a converter that is easily available for 50-60 in the market. Overall best buy in 22K range and makes excellent coffee. You have to use grounded espresso coffee and not instant. Quantity, strength , temperature etc can be customised as per liking. Online demo was arranged on the same day over video call. All the features were nicely explained. Overall I am happy and satisfied with service and machine.

Trust me, I’ve been using this for quite a while now. This is the best machine for espresso and cold brew. If you want to make foam or cappuccino, do not buy.

Works so well, converted me to a coffee drinker from a tea addict.

I wish I hadn't bought this. The setting often take ages to reset and the steam wand is next to useless for latte art. It has no power so had to buy a frother and pan to heat milk. We bought for a small cafe and we can't send back but it's a big regret getting it.

It came with all accessories. Great brewing. Steam is not that powerful. But I am able to froth and make a latte art.

Does not work as expected. No flow in one nozzle. The filter holder is difficult to operate.

I found this unit to be excellent. I don't know what the other reviews are saying about weak steam; it works better than the entry level krups I used for years, using the same method. Clearly the tech has improved. Could it be these reviewers do not know how to froth the milk properly? Hold it just under the surface until it starts to circulate and move the cup DOWN as it froths. I got half a cup of fine froth in maybe 45 seconds? If that's too long for you and you are complaining it's "too weak" as a result, I'd suggest we as a society are becoming a little spoiled!

It’s a compact device with an average production quality. The touch panel did not react when pressed and I had to keep doing it 3-4 until it started so as you can imagine in less than 30 minutes I decided to return it for refund. The box is now on its way back to Amazon. Overal, NOT recommended for this price. Compares to cheap stuff on AliExpress.

The GOOD: The machine works well, easy to use and understand, color is gorgeous, great for a small space, delicious hot or cold drinks, great value for the price (got it on sale for $249.99). The BAD: The steaming function is so ridiculously loud and shrill that I’m actually concerned about damage to my hearing. I’ve started to wear foam ear plugs while steaming milk (I’m REALLY not exaggerating here, I promise). — You can’t steam milk while pulling espresso shots. You can only do one function at a time. — Majority of my mugs/cups do not fit under the espresso drip without removing the bottom drain piece, and the machine does not come with the espresso demitasse shot glasses — I sometimes have trouble getting the steaming function to work. I have to turn the machine off and back on to get it going. Overall, I’d say this is a great product. I’m happy with the way my drinks come out and I do not regret buying it at all. I am, however, looking forward to buying a bigger machine with more capabilities in the future.

Can’t go wrong with a dedica for beginner and intermediate home brewers. Only includes pressurized grind baskets and has a very strange form factor that makes ejecting the puck a mess each time. The steam wand has been a pleasure to use and is a big upgrade from my dedica EC680. Over all I’d say, yes, buy it if it’s on sale but be ready to dish out extra for a bottomless portafilter to make proper espresso.
