Great half ball
Half ball and reverse side are excellent. Arm bands could be a little more challenging. Durable. Good value.

Feet on the bottom :/
Read lots of reviews and most of them are positive. The main reason I’m returning is because I want to use the bosu ball-side down, but there are little feet all over the flat bottom which makes placing my feet next to impossible without shoes and very careful positioning of my weight. I liked that this ball is only 8” high, a lot of them are too tall for my needs. The handles quality is fine, didn’t check the tension. The pump is cheap but fine, I was able to inflate it quickly but I don’t expect the pump to last. If you don’t need the flat side up, go for it, if you do, keep looking (and let me know what you find…)

Great Quality - Soft Flexible Surface
This is a great half ball balance trainer. It's the closest one I've found to what's available at my local gym.Other balance balls I have come across have a stiff plastic surface that is too solid - the Funcode balance ball is a soft and flexible pvc. The softness of the pvc allows this to wobble and shake a lot so you really have to work to balance.This comes with a pump to inflate it - its simple to use and inflates the balance ball quickly. The ball holds air well. I've been using mine for almost a month with zero air loss.The only way this seems to differ from the big brand of these is the attachment points for resistance bands. This balance trainer is great quality - I highly recommend this one.
