I can't say for sure, but I think these will be very short on you. My inseam is 30.5 and they are just where I like them.

What size do i get if am in between xl and xxl?n

I have 2 pairs of these pants and I like them a lot. I have the grey and beige colors. I got a size large which fit comfortably for me, a little on the tight side. And I am 5’5” tall and weigh 170. They have decent stretch. I would probably recommend an XXL to have a comfortable fit.
