The components arrived, with all the parts, less one bracket that had broken off at the welds. Which does not give me much confidence in the other three. Everything fit together neatly, but when I tested the ramp it collapsed under the front wheel of my motorcycle. The channel that supports the bike will hold up 600 lb’s as advertised, but has a lot of rock in it, Im going to add a second point of contact, to stop it from bouncing. i will also Straighten and reinforce the ramp.

really like the rack and the extra support for the center of the bike to tie down . easy to put together .HOWEVER, when loading my 455lb 2017 KLR. the ramp bent. i got the KLR on and strapped down using Rino straps and rack clamp and made it a solid ride for 1309 miles. bike was very stable and used a 2015 Grand Cherokee. would like ramp replaced.. the center tie down bar really made a difference making the KLR stable and solid .. replace the ramp for me..

Easy to assemble, quite heavy when you are putting into your receiver hitch. Holds my 100 Dual Battery EV Bike ok.

The support bar at the back of the carrier is just tack welded and broke right off. I will have to have a professional welder weld it on properly.

It's perfect. Easy to install and load.
