Q: will this power a 50 watt bass shaker?

And by the way..saying "50 watt bass shaker" does not describe or define the bass shaker. 50 watts is merely the recommended peak power. Says NOTHING of how loud it will play, or how good it sounds. Again, power rating DOES NOT DEFINE A PRODUCT.

Q: Why are there left and right inputs for a mono amp? If you have a mono source, can you plug it into only one input, or do you have to connect to both?

Hello. We have a using guide picture in the listing. You can check that. We have left and right inputs since some customers using stereo signal. If yours are mono, just connect one input.

Q: When using in sub mode, which rca input to plug in? left or right or both?

Hello. Please see our second main image. The "audio in" rca posts are connected to sound sources. The "spk out" posts are a set of speaker binding posts. When in sub mode, you need to connect your passive subwoofer with bare wire or banana plug. If you still have questions, you can send your device models and images to nobsound@doukaudio.com. Q: When using this with a subwoofer how do I know where to set the frequency cortrol knob?

Like others have said, turn volume up on your main speakers (L/R) to desired listening level then advance frequency crossover knob until you can hear the subwoofer in your favorite music passage, then back the sub down until it is un-noticeable in the passage. Your subwoofer range should take over at the effective L/R low frequency cutoff point...Blend it in seamlessly.

ボディソニック用振動ユニットの駆動アンプとして使いやすい。

サブウーハーとの併用でButtkickerの重低音振動ユニットを以前から使用しており、振動ユニットのみ単体のサブウーファー用アンプで駆動していましたが、元ソースとして使用しているAVアンプのLFE（※低音域効果音チャンネル・通常はアクティブサブウーファーの駆動用に使用）ライン出力が低いのか、ある映像ソースでは丁度いいのに別のソースでは目一杯ボリュームを上げても殆ど反応しなかったりと今ひとつ安定せず、かといってAVアンプのLFEを弄ると今度は全体的な音のバランスが崩れるという、どうにも決まらない状況でした。こちらのサブウーファーアンプも基本仕様は元々使用していたものと殆ど一緒でしたが、入力ソース側のゲイン調節が可能という点に惹かれて購入。デフォルトより１段低い入力ゲインで設定したところ、従来のサブウーファーアンプでは殆ど反応しなかった映像ソースで振動ユニットが反応し、元々が丁度よい映像ソースでも音量ボリュームの可変範囲で調整可能と、まさに狙い通りの効果で上々の使い勝手です。
