when my headphones arrived, I ran into some setup trouble: I could only pair one side with Bluetooth, and the green and earpads shown in the listing weren’t included—just black and orange. I contacted customer service, and they responded within 12 hours, which was great. They explained that to pair both sides, you need to press both power buttons at the same time. Also, each side charges independently, and the included charging cable is wide enough to charge both at once. After resetting, “forgetting” the headphones from my Bluetooth devices, and pressing both buttons as instructed, the headphones paired together and now work perfectly. The vendor also promised to send the missing green and blue earpads. Once those arrive, I’ll consider updating my rating. -- The corrected ear covers in a dark, green arrived 4 days later.... Perfect... Overall, the initial setup was confusing, but the responsive and knowledgeable customer support made up for it. If you’re having trouble pairing both sides, just press both buttons together and reset your Bluetooth connection. -- In business its how a company handles a problem that separates good from great... Great Company !

Junk. After attempting for an hour to pair them simultaneously to my iPhone, they still only connect one at a time. I’ve an IQ of 133, so please don’t tell me I’m doing it wrong. Trash.

I had an issue with pair these headphones and customer service was super helpful. Instructions were detailed but simple to follow. PLEASE! hold BOTH SIDES at the SAME TIME the FIRST time you turn them on. If you don't then any other time you turn it on if you don't push them at the same time, it's harder to pair them without needing to reset it. I will say, that's not in the instructions. Other than human error, the sound is nice and clear. It doesn't stop sound at all, but it does decently muffle outside sounds so you can easily focus on whatever you're listening too. But! If you listen to anything too loud, people CAN hear what you're listening to. Lastly, it's for sure my style. I love the look, it came in pretty nice yet pretty simple packaging. My favorite part honestly having spare ear covers. So I can mix and match as I please. ALSO, there is an option to connect it to your phone as connected headphones. I assume that's when they die. The charger and the connector bits come with a little baggy, so keep them with you. They are easy to fold away and store.

I bought this because it is a Porta Pro clone which I have never seen before. If compared to the actual Porta Pro Wireless 2.0, it is better than the original in many ways. It appears to be better constructed, it comes in multiple colors, sounds better and is louder and it comes with two extra pairs of ear pads! These headphones—unlike the Porta Pro 2.0s are true wireless headphones. The charger comes with two connectors as you charge the ear cups separately. The Porta Pro 2.0s have the two earcups connected via the headband. For $69, this is an excellent deal! The sound quality is excellent and it actually has a button on each ear cup. Click the right or left one to pause or play music, click the left button twice to decrease the volume and click the right button twice to increase the volume. Hold the right button to go forward a track and hold the left button to go back a track. The only thing missing is Siri control which the Porta Pros whether they are 1.0 or 2.0 can do. These things are great and I highly recommend. Also the seller is great. My first pair was disconnecting the ear cups from each other. I returned it and got a replacement one which works great. The other negative is the fact that the battery life is not the 18 hours promised. I am gonna say it is closer to 11 or 12 hours.

Only one side plays on the headphones even when you press them at the same time bro such a letdown of a product

Overpriced, sound quality is mid at best, don’t expect much as far as volume goes, and syncing them can be frustrating because each headphone has its own independent Bluetooth signal.
