Our granddaughter absolutely loved the gimbal. Smooth, steady shots with her iPhone at last. The face lock works amazingly well .. it's almost magical watching the head pan & tilt by itself. She's not explored all it can do yet.

Quite difficult to set up and use, found it a little bit tricky to understand instructions. However, once you have got it running, it works really well. The gimble inside of it is very responsive. It lasts well of battery and it's just all round a really luxurious selfie stick fits were found great, I think it's well worth the money.

This is the very first product of this kind I'm testing, so I probably haven't fully exploited it and tested all its feature in minute detail. For a beginner, at the very least, I found it easy enough to set up and use, and the whole thing isn't too complicated. The magnetic phone holder can be attached and removed at will so that you can keep the arm folded while in its pouch (or case -- I might get an actual case at some point, just for peace of mind), and the arm also has an onboard tripod that slides out and back in when you need it. It was very stable when deployed this way on my desk, even when my cat decided to jump on said desk with the kinetic energy of a comet, so as long as the arm is powered on, the gimbal will do its job and keep your phone stable. The instructions to install the app are clear enough, and the app itself, once phone and device are paired, runs a tutorial to let you test what each button does, how to orient your phone, start filming, and so on. You don't have to use the app for filming, feel free to use your phone's native app or anything else, but it's still a nice addition to have for sure. The tracking so far seems to be working pretty well, and is quite accurate (though I mostly film in my home, so there isn't so much movement going on). I also think it doesn't rotate a full 360°, though it's not that far from it. I'm still discovering new things whenever I use it, and it's been a lot of fun to use: it looks to me like a good product of a higher standard than what I've been filming so far, while at the same time remaining fairly intuitive. I think it can be pretty useful for filming travel videos, but also for streaming and daily influencer content, without having to invest in a ton of more expensive professional gear.

It’s good but you have to install an app to do it and most of the time I had to take my phone case off. The ai tracking is good but it’s actually horrible for quickness and the gimbal doesn’t even turn 360 what a waste of 80 pound!

The Insta360 Flow 2 Plus AI Tracker Bundle White - Foldable Phone Gimbal arrived the next day. The foldable phone gimbal was well packed and came with carry bag/usb charging cable and instructions. After fully charging the gimbal up which has a battery in the handle which can last up to 10hrs depending on its use, then we tried it out. We have a Samsung A34 phone which we put into the phone holder and after downloading the App insta360 it worked well with all the controls at your fingertips you can go up/ down zoom inching modes /take photos videos/ on off and switch on tracking and all of which worked very well. The selfie stick can also be extended and there is also a tripod stand built into the base and when using the phone it will stays upright and with Ai zoom and tracking on it can follow the person or persons if they move around. With the App installed you can control a lot of the selfie stick control remotely so you can be in the pictures etc, This phone gimbal lets you take photos and videos which are much smoother and better with the added benefit of zooming and person tracking and a battery built in. We are pleased with this phone gimbal as it is very well built and solid works very well with lots of controls and can give you much better photos and videos and we think we will get a lot of use from it.
