Reading differs for multiple checks but sufficient for home care use

This BP was purchased almost three years back. It stopped working recently. I contacted customer support. They asked to return the defective monitor and gave an immediate replacement without follow-up.

A device delivered with Unsealed condition with one sealed cuff. After inserting new Batteries its Level shows Zero for New Battery while switching in On. The BP measurements are Not accurate as measurements gives uneven fluctuating results after which it gives other pre measurements as average may be that confuses afterwards. A person will automatically get Higher BP who never had higher BP in the past after checking latest BP level. The Time could not be modified as it starts from when it gets started first.

Usable and okay.

This is easy to use and the numbers are quite accurate. Have been using this for a while now and it's highly useful for people with hypertension/BP and people who deal with stress. Helps to keep your vitals in check.
