After years of drawing curves based on whatever random can is in the shop I decided to try a template system. Works well and worth the money. I've only used it with a router table, you could probably use it with a free router, but would need some clamping. Not sure why it comes with so many nub screws, but having extra can't hurt.

I love my jig has made my job easier and highlights my pieces, I really recommend it 100%

Overall I like this jig because it's much larger than most and is quite versatile. Since it's larger than most jigs, it's easy to clamp above or below the workpiece and use a hand router with -- not just a router table. This makes it much easier and safer to use. The single complaint I have is that there is an inset cut along the couple inches the jig is used at the 0deg and 90deg edge. As is, it leaves about a 3/64" indent along the straight edges if you follow the jig. This is minor and fairly easy to sand out, but it's a sign that the jig was not manufactured with the precision I would expect for paying $100. If it were half that price and included a nice box, that might be quite different. As for my modification to fix this 3/64" indent the jig leaves, I went through my heatshrink tubing and put some around each thumb screw. This shrunk the intention left along the straight edges to closer to 1/64".

I received my order this morning(14Sep2020) and it all looks good. One slight issue is that there is a mounting screw missing prom the package. Can you advise the specs for the missing screws or send me one please. Thank you.

The set arrived today. I like the fit and finish of this corner template kit. It is smooth and won't scuff workpieces unless you are careless with it. The 3/8 thickness is great and the various corner pieces fit exactly. It fit several 90 degree corners that I aligned it with, so the machining seems good. My set arrived with two sets of screws to be able to set it up with two different corner sizes; one on the top side, the other on the bottom. I'd probably only use one at a time and keep the screws as spares. However, I am taking off a star. My set is missing the T-30 size and doubled the R-25. Also, the screws that attach the corner pieces are just a tad long and protrude through the base. I'll need to file them 1/32 shorter so they don't score my router base. If it weren't for these issues, I'd give it 5 stars.

No dislikes, easier than freehand cutting and the results 100% consistent.
