Wonderful machine and performs great. Very user friendly with very little learning curve.

Arrived quicker than expected! Packaged very well and safe. Such a great value to get the magnetic hoop along with it! Love the machine itself as well. It is an upgrade from my previous and it is definitely a powerhouse. Only bummer for me is that the BES software that came in this bundle is only compatible with Windows and I have a Mac.

My NQ1700E order was missing the operation manual, quick set up booklet, embroidery design booklet, and the video. The operation manual is a very necessary item! I had to go to the Brother site and download it!
