I bought these for nighttime wear for my elderly mother-in-law. They are by far, the best fit and absorbency of anything else she has tried. (And she has tried 3 other kinds from the local medical supply store, as well as Kirkland brand) No more doubling up of cheaper pull ups, no more leaks and extra laundry the next morning. The higher price and import fee is worth it for this Canadian customer. We are now buying the case of 80, which will save us some money. I’d highly recommend these.

Because works better for me than Depends they have more protection than Depends. My only complaint is they still leak if you sleep on your side, they are somewhat expensive. To me they are comfortable and I do not notice a smell. I would buy again.

They were ok. Fit could be a bit better…. But that’s true for other brands too.

They absorb a LOT, and with the additional Because liner, I no longer have to set an alarm for the middle of the night to change my diaper or be prepared to wake up to a wet bed.

I have just received them and used them two nights. They are working.
