It is lightweight and sturdy, I can use them to chop meat and vegetables in my pan without bending any part. I was worried at first that the edges of the flat parts are not chamfered and might cut me, however, after two months of stirfrying, flipping stakes, and scratching my stainless steel pans, I realized that the edges are not that sharp, they will not cut me and they barely scratched my pan.
