I am sure you can, I rescued a squirrel 8 years ago and he eats this because it has everything he needs since he is not outside foraging for food.

Could this be used for chipmunks as well?

I have read that it can be great for them as well, they just would take a smaller serving I imagine! I've never had the pleasure of raising any baby chipmunks only my baby squirrels <3 :)
