Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set 77-10

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I like Cuisinart products. The pots and pans are really wonderful.They cook well on my gas stove, and they wash up well. The lids are very nice and fit perfectly. The pot handles stay cool enough to handle after having been on the burner a while, but the lid handles get too hot sometimes with prolonged cooking. I especially like the handles because they seem ergonomically designed and have a substantial feel to them.I also feel the flavor of the food is better than when I use other pots and pans in my kitchen.I've now gotten rid of all my teflon cookware and assorted pots and pans except my cast iron fry pan that has been in the family for more than fifty years. This Cuisinart set will cover all my needs and last for years.
