I bought this spray because tablets can be a struggle with my little one, and this makes things so much easier. Just one spray a day and you’re sorted. The flavour is mild enough that there’s no fuss or pulling faces and it’s great that it’s sugar free and suitable from around age three upwards. The bottle is 15 ml and lasts for about 100 sprays so it goes a fair way. It’s a nice simple way to make sure they’re getting their vitamin D especially in the winter months. I can’t say I’ve noticed a massive difference but it’s convenient, easy to use and gives good peace of mind.

Better You Dlux Junior Vitamin D Spray is a great way of ensuring you get enough vitamin D a day without the need for taking it in a tablet form. With the NHS recommending 10 mg of vitamin D a day this is the suggested amount and seems to work well for me. Although it is only recommended for winter months I have been using the spray all year around and though it is hard to tell how well it is working I have rarely been ill and trust the spray will do as it should as I have seen noticeable differences when using other Better You products in the past. The spray is pleasant to take with a dose of one spray per day of a fresh and minty flavour. The bottle sprays very well (I have had problems with another Better You product not spraying but that's not the case for this vitamin) and although it appears to be a very small bottle it does last a long time. It is said that the bottle contains 100 doses, I have not counted but it does seem to last around three months and with it being so affordable I think it is well worth giving it a try. I am very pleased to have bought this spray and believe it has helped with immunity and helped me to stay healthy, another great Better You product!

My kids love this. We have this and the multivitamin, which they hate. I use this last to take the taste away and they like the flavour. It’s easy to give them, especially with younger children, just a couple of sprays in the mouth.

Repurchased item because it’s easy to use, tastes pleasant, doesn’t have any smell. So quick to administer and the kids don’t mind it at all.

Very quick and quality daily dose of Vitamin D. My daughter loves it and does not miss daily intake. Fun to spray in mouth and quick absorption.

Easy to use. 400 UI is the minimum dose for 9 y old in UK. Look at UK guidelines or check with GP. I am using now 800 UI (2 puffs daily) in winter.
