早く買えばよかった
独特なゴム臭さはありますが、トレーニングが捗っています。最初は硬くて丸め込まないし、どうしても手や手首に力を込めてしまい上手く使えませんでしたが、1ヶ月弱(週3)使い込んでやっと自分の手にあった丸め込みができるようになり、背中を使う感覚を掴むことができました。このグッズのおかげで、今まで手が痛くて持ち上げられなかった重量以上を目指せるようになり、トレーニングが楽しいです。

作りがしっかりしている
作りが他のものよりしっかりしています。初めは硬いので、手に馴染むま時間がかかりますが、そのうち手にフィットするようになりました。

背中トレがしやすい。ダンベルやバーベルを使う時に手豆が出来づらくなって良い。少しタイヤのゴムの匂いがするが気にならないレベルです。今度も愛用します。
