Where has this been all my life? McCormick Salt Free Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning is like the fairy godmother of flavor - poof! Suddenly, my sad little meals are strutting out of the kitchen like they belong on a cooking show. I’ve sprinkled it on chicken, veggies, eggs, even popcorn (don’t judge me) - and it never misses. No salt, no problem. This stuff brings roasted garlic goodness and bell pepper magic in every shake. Spectacular blend! And did I mention it smells amazing? If I could wear it as perfume, I might. So yeah, I’m in love. 10/10 would recommend. Just don’t be surprised if you start seasoning things that probably shouldn’t be seasoned. (Cereal? Maybe not. But I’m not saying I didn’t consider it.)

Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper?? AND, it's salt-free?? Santa definitely read my Christmas list! Why add salt if the remaining ingredients are fresh & properly processed? I found this blend to be versatile, very tasty, having no off-flavor or after-taste. I will be buying this again! 1st use: Sprinkled on a baked potato I had topped with plain Greek yogurt. 2nd use: Sprinkled on my pasta & tossed with olive oil. 3rd: Mixed in with my warm vinegar potato salad. Next?: Will try it on roasted corn-on-the cob, an egg dish & chicken thighs. Bet it would be great on roasted cauliflower steaks, too. Highly recommend this, especially if you need to watch your sodium. UPDATE: I love this stuff so much it's now one of my Subscribe & Save items. I make my own oil & red wine vinegar salad dressing so I added some of this to the bottle. It kind of rehydrated the pieces of garlic & pepper & made a really good dressing that stuck to the salad better. Mixed some in with my ricotta when I made lasagna rolls. Yum!

My husband had been disappointed when we could no long find this in the grocery store. He was so excited to have it again. This has a great flavor and is salt free.

This is a very good spice no salt but good seasoning i use it on wverything good price for the bottle last awhile

This is good to cook with some food add some season salt and some regular black pepper you're good to go, it's a mild spice
