These have to be filed under things I didn't know I needed, but now can't live without. I am not sure how I happened upon these, but I am glad I did. I didn't realize how big the bag was going to be, but I am glad it is large. I have been on a miso soup kick. Keeping green onions in stock is not easy when you use them nearly daily. I took a chance on these based on reviews. The picture is a quick miso based soup with some ramen noodles, shiitake mushrooms, 1/4 cup of these green onions, and some fresh parsley. So simple, so good and I will buy another bag once my bag gets low. I portioned a good bit of them into a large mason jar and keep the jar near the oven for easy access. Now I need to look into dried mushrooms!

This product has taken my recipes to another dimension!! They always arrive fresh and ready to use. Will definitely buy again! It is a great value for the price and packaging was tightly sealed.

These dried Green Onions are exceptional. I use them in most of my cooking.

It certainly is a large quantity of dried onions. However, we found the product to be weak in flavor compared to other higher priced dried spring onions from Amazon that we have used. The brand we prefer comes in a glass spice jar which is easier to store. Unfortunately it is slow to ship so we compromised by buying this brand. Won't do that again.
