This is super handy. I use it also for breaking up ground meat in my stainless steel pan instead of those nasty plastic ones.

So this is for a barbie house or a doll house. Definitely not to smash potatoes. You would take a century to finish. On the other hand it’s good for something small like smashing avocados for guacamole instead of chopping. Good for smashing small quantities. It’s small.

Exactly as expected. This is pretty small compared to most potato mashers, but for small batches it's perfect. Went through the dishwasher with zero issues of warping. The steel is good quality. Handle is easy to grip. I would not use this on a large batch of anything, the 8" depth it can go does not accommodate for that. Size comparison in pictures.

This smaller sized masher is perfect for simple meals serving fewer people or to teach kids to cook, I love it. The perfect size not only for my 7 year old granddaughter to hold but also when I meal prep and make a batch of roasted vegetables to mash up some for soup. The stainless steel offers durability, (I hand wash) and the sizing fits perfectly on my hand, I find my other one with it's big handle awkward, this makes light work of mashing up potatoes or squash. love it!
