Good product but seems a bit under dosed. 2 pills with each meal is probably better than 2 pills a day for Men over 200 pounds

Works great even if you take it after you ate! Even after I eat, and I’m already bloated I’ll take three of these and feel great. These also keep me regular no more constipation.
