I will never buy this brand's products again. After using it for just over a week, the connector cable broke, and I couldn’t find a similar replacement cable on the market. I contacted HappyLight’s customer service, and they told me to reach out to the Amazon store. However, it seemed that the store name had changed. After mistakenly sending my message to the wrong store, I contacted Amazon customer service, and they helped me get in touch with the current store. But the current store then told me to contact HappyLight headquarters.After going in circles and wasting so much of my time, the issue was never resolved. I ended up just throwing the product away. I'm now using a different brand's floor-standing light therapy lamp, and it works great.
