Pokemon Emerald Version - New Battery Installed (Renewed)

Seller sent legit copy (after trying other places who only send fake reproductions)! A bit pricy, but that's the market I guess. Game worked, saved, and communicated with gen 4 games via DS dual slot.

This was wonderful! I recently refurbished a Gameboy I bought off of Craigslist and I wanted to play Emerald on it, but I couldn’t just part with my old save file. So I ended up biting the bullet and hoping this one would work. It works amazingly! I’ve never had any problems with it and the game cartridge is 100% authentic (you can tell my the numbering code in the top corner). Definitely would purchase from here again!

The cartridge took at least 5 different tries to start. It kept saying there was no cartridge and then at the start menu the auido glitched and i had to restart. Plays good so far, got the 1st badge. Just scared me a bit at the beginning.

Battery needed to be replaced because they can't read where positive and negative go.

Honestly gotta say I’m a little disappointed. I trusted Amazon as a big name seller however the product wasn’t as expected. Being 300$, that’s a way higher price than competitors. I went with Amazon because I trusted them. The cartridge came cracked in two place. On top of that the battery they put inside looked like it was soldered by a beginner. It is authentic and works as described but I wish I had gone with another seller.
