I finally tried this and in less than 2 weeks I already used more than half!!! It’s that good and versatile. It’s not as salty like regular soy but it has this yummy umami that elevates the flavor of the dishes I used it in. The consistency is just slightly thicker than regular soy very subtle difference. It’s Not spicy at all. When I ordered it I thought it was a little too expensive, but the quality of ingredients and the flavor is well worth the price for the size you get. I just ordered 2 more bottles.

Definitely delicious. Brilliant on cooked beef or pork, especially if fatty. I scarf down so much rice with this thing.

I hate that this costs so much, because I enjoy using it in a lot of different applications. I like seasoning with it as I finish making a soup or stew. It's great in a dipping sauce (ex. I replace some of the soy sauce with Umami Sauce in a homemade ponzu). Or as part of a marinade, or basting sauce. It's got an MSG-like flavor kick without the stigma.
