On occasion I need a pain reliever that addresses symptoms in multiple ways. Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory whereas Acetaminophen works to relieve fever, headache and pain differently. Aspirin will also relieve pain and fever, but also works to thin blood which for some can be beneficial, for others cause concern. I've selected this combination pill which also has caffein for a specific class of problems. With proper dose and use I find this to be immediate in taking effect and the slight boost from the caffein brings added benefit. The taste can be bothersome if you let it begin to dissolve but taking it with water prevents that lingering long enough to dissolve on your tongue. Given the resulting relief I have to say the quality is good. Best of all is the low cost overall when you consider the ingredient dose together. I'm happy.

This is a great product and works just like the big name brand. Doesn't upset my stomach like ibuprofen or naproxyn can. The added kick of caffeine is great too when I need a little energy boost. Great value and highly recommend.

I’ve ordered this brand several times. It has no taste and works in 20 minutes or less. This helps with migraines and regular bad pain that just won’t go away, anywhere you hurt. Doesn’t make me sleepy either.

Effective generic for Excedrine. Has a strong aspirin smell.

The price is great as compared to Excedrin. Same ingredients!

This product works just as well as Excedrin Extra Strength at only a fraction of the cost. I swear by it.

I have migraines and headaches often and typically I buy excedrin. However, name brand is expensive so I thought I would check this out. So far it’s been great and works exactly like the name brand, giving me the same results . The pain relief is the saw and the speed at which I get it is no different. I highly recommend.
