I don't know where it's made, but! If your asking that to know if it's durable...it is! I weigh 155lbs and do 200 sit ups everyday and it's still firm.

No there was not. But if you go to you-tube and type the name of the product there were a couple videos with different examples.

実は腹筋ではなくベンプレのブリッジの練習用に購入。質感もいいし、ナチュラルアーチも絶妙、他のを試したわけでもないですが、黒の値段はとてもお買い得。できれば、青の方がよかったのですが、どうしてこんなに値段がちがうのでしょうか・・・・
