When it comes to using this flutter device, its a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I simply change the dial and blow into it. I thought it was going to be easy so I adjusted the dial a bit too much, this is something I don't recommend because making it move was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I moved it back to the lowest setting and even after getting over being sick, I still found it a bit hard. Now that I've been using this for about a month, I have finally moved it to the next level and am getting ready to move it again. This has not only helped me with my breathing but has helped me get rid of the last bit of phlegm that is still inside of my lungs. Not to mention, the mouth piece is easy to clean too. This little device may be small but it really does help a lot better than I was expecting.

This device provides an added benefit to airway clearance! The flutter device works and can be clearly felt in intensity in your chest as you move the dial. Been using the device for over a year now and recommend if looking for increased airway quality. Note: Be careful with disassembling to clean. The flutter component has two small protrusions that can easily break rendering it unusable.
