It is everything it needs to be and a deal for the price!

The knife is very sharp and the adjustable guide is very helpful. Whether slicing tomatoes, onions or other vegetables consistent width is key. The guide and knife is very well made. Comfortable to use with no risk of cutting fingers. The knife does take a little getting used to as you have to start the slice with the guide and then cut through it as you pull back. This is for right hand cutting only. I don’t know if there is a left hand version available if needed. I highly recommend and would buy again.

Excellent produit, 100% satisfait ! Fabrication robuste, rempli parfaitement sa fonction. Plus de soucis pour couper des tranches de pain régulières. Idem pour toutes les sortes de charcuteries. Je recommande vivement.
