Completely not as described and not fit for purpose, actually measure 10" not 14" so completely useless, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Not as advertised , only 2 holes instead of the multiple holes so arm only hanging on with one screw. Will not fit all chairs

There was only 1 bolt 3 was missing but there was a hole in the plastic bag

Good product. Good quality leather. Lasts decently long. All things wear and tear but it's okay. I replace maybe twice a year. But could last longer depending on use.

Bought to replace damaged armrests for a relative. Same quality as original armrests on wheelchair for much cheaper cost. I highly recommend product
