Why did you choose this product over others?: As someone who spends long hours in a professional environment, I’m always on the lookout for skincare that delivers visible results without demanding too much time. This Firming Neck Cream has been a pleasant surprise, when used it feels silky and absorbs quickly perfect for applying before work without leaving a greasy residue, the rollers are a bonus for blending, lifting, improving circulation, reduces puffiness and lymph node drainage. After a couple of weeks of daily use, I noticed a subtle lift and smoother texture around my neck and collarbone area. It keeps the skin feeling moisturised all day.

This product smells nice and the roller balls massage the neck well, it makes my skin feel smoother but is not a miracle cure for ageing necklines (as the hype recently would have you believe) I would recommend this as the cream is not greasy and massages in well and the price is reasonable also.

I got this for my lovely wife who is always talking about her neck being saggy. I can’t see it myself, but she insists that it is so. So she has reviewed this and given it four out of five stars. The plus points are the all in one action, with it delivering the cream and having inbuilt rollers within the same product. She liked the fact that he cream was an easy squeeze, once she had figured out to turn the top to release it: she liked how smooth and silky it left her neck feeling after application. The down side is that she hasn’t seen any effects yet, but it has only been a couple of weeks. She said she felt it was worth he money (£9:99) if only for the lovely massage you get from using the rollers and the silky cream. It hasn’t caused any irritation and has a nice refreshing smell to it. She feels that she will continue to use this until it runs out but not sure she would get more unless her neck starts to become more firm.

On opening the package, the tube colour is beautiful. It looks luxurious and very good quality. On using the cream, the application is simple - twist the white lid to "on", squeeze, turn the lid to off, then roll on the neck area covering the whole area. The rollers are smooth on the neck and the smell of the cream is amazingly good. Only tried it a few times but am feeling the benefits already. A good buy and well worth the money. Plenty in the tube too.

Not very good has done nothing for me

This comes in what looks like a huge squeezy tube – not quite a tub, but definitely substantial. The standout feature is the built-in rollers on the applicator head. It takes quite a bit of squeezing to get the cream to come through initially (bit of a faff if I’m honest), so I ended up just squeezing some out, then using the roller to apply it like some sort of DIY spa experience. My teenage son looked at me like I’d lost the plot – neck contorted, rollers in hand – but hey, it was oddly enjoyable. I can’t say I noticed any miracles in the firming department, but it was a nice, light moisturiser. No overpowering smell, no irritation (which I’ve had with others that feel like they’re made of industrial glue), and it left my skin soft. I think the rollers are the best part, to be honest. It’s less about magic firming powers and more about giving yourself a cheeky little massage. If you like the whole gua sha idea, this is kind of in the same self-care realm. For £9.99, you get a lot of product and a fun applicator. Might not transform your neck overnight, but it’s a nice ritual and feels good – which sometimes is enough.
