Q: Does the relay inside have normally closed contacts that could be accessed? If not will you ever make a module with both NO and NC connections?

The Yolink Relay's (internal) contacts are normally open. The only access to these contacts is via the 2 (screw) terminals that are labeled 'RELAY'. The relay is programmable via the Yolink App. There are almost unlimited programming options available including Scheduling and automation.
