Reasonably priced, well-draining, semi-soft bathtub/shower mat. No slipping. 5 stars for now.
Review of Non-Slip Bathtub Mat, 17x 30 Inch, Shower Mats for Bath Tub, PVC Loofah Bathroom Mats for Wet Areas, Quick Drying I was looking for a new bathtub/shower mat. My old type did not drain very well. I happened to try a similar one at my family’s home during a recent visit and liked it (I will note that theirs was in a walk-in shower with tiled flooring). I am not trying to compare this purchase to theirs; I am merely pointing out that this is what prompted me to try this style. I looked at several types/styles on Amazon before going to my family’s house and scoured numerous reviews. This is my first purchase of a PVC loofah-type of bathmat. I have a smooth-bottom tub/shower combo and I worried about slippage. This did not slip at all. This feels less than soft to my feet, but it’s not as bad as I make it sound. I also feel that after some usage, it might feel softer. I chose the 17x30 inch since I wanted more of my tub floor covered. This drains much better than I anticipated. I saw reviews complaining about mold, so I have been turning this on its side while rolled up a little and leaning it against the tub wall to dry. The price was quite reasonable. The insert that came inside the packaging indicated that it is easily cleaned, but there are no cleaning instructions anywhere to be found in the packaging. The only cleaning instructions I’ve found are in the Amazon ad and I am not impressed with them. These should be included in the packaging, nonetheless. This is made in China of course (picture included).

Great bath mat!
I cannot say enough about this mat. I have never liked bath mats in the shower. They get gross. But this one doesn't have gross suction cups it just lays down and does not slip at all. Feels great on your feet too. As others said i take it up and rinse it while in shower then hang over on a hook on shower rod. No mold and holding up very well. My daughter used it while visiting and she got one as soon as she got home.

Durable, easy to clean and comfortable to stand on.
Great bath mat. I have had mine now going on two years and it has held up well and is very comfortable to stand on. Perfect for non-slip issues in the walk-in shower. I have a smaller 17x30 one that I use in my guest bathtub area, which I also take with me when ever I travel and stay in a hotel, Nothing worse than slipping and sliding in a hotel shower area. I highly recommend!!!

Safely showering!
Our tile shower floor can be a little slippery and these mats help keep us steady. We love the textured bottom to give our feet that extra scrubbing. They don’t move and drain well. The only downside is they collect hair but I’m a big shedder. Super functional, great neutral color and size for our shower. We have two.

Perfect mat after a shower. Non slip and attractive. Dries fast too.

Thus far, I LIKE THIS!
I have a textured bathtub. I thought it would be safer/more secure than a non-textured tub, but - I was SO wrong. When wet, with suds and hair conditioner and other bath soaps flowing over it, it's just as slick as any other tub. Standard bath mats with suction cups do not work because of the texturing - they can't get an airtight seal - so I went with Secopads. I loved them for 2 years but I had to keep replacing them because, while their adhesion was excellent (I never had one come up - ever), those same texture channels would let soap scum run underneath the Secopads. Since I always bought the clear ones, you could SEE the scum and dirt buildup under the pads - and the clear ones also yellowed. After replacing the Secopads and realizing that my 62-year-old knees hated that process, I decided to try this mat. I've only used it once thus far, and I will update it as the product ages, but initial impressions are VERY favorable. After scrubbing the tub of leftover scum residue from the Secopads, I placed this in the tub and took a shower - the pad never moved, it's VERY comfortable to stand on and it appears that it's pretty easy to rinse off. I have a hand-held shower head and once I get out of the shower I pick up the pad, roll it in a loose circle, and spray it down once more. After that I stand the rolled-up pad up against the side of the tub, letting it drain as I dry off the shower surround and the shower doors, then I spread the towel I used to dry the shower off over the doors to dry, unroll the mat and place it over the towel. I roll the mat and the towel together to remove more water from the mat, then I move the mat away from the now wet towel and let the both dry. My bathroom has a window that I leave open a bit so the fresh air helps the mat and towel dry quickly. lt took longer to type that out than it does to actually do the steps. I will buy a spray bottle and fill it with a weak bleach solution; I'll use that on the mat once a week or so before hanging it up to dry, as I've read that some of these do begin to get a tad moldy after a while (though I think that letting it dry as I've described will help inhibit some of that). But I feel quite secure in the shower while using this, and the 17x30 size is more than adequate for a standard size tub. I will update this with further comments as it wears. In the meantime, I also use a pet hair sticky paper roller on the top of the mat to remove loose hair - thus far that seems help a lot. UPDATE as of August 2022 - The mat is holding up well, with no signs of mold; I do lightly mist it with a bleach solution once every couple of weeks but I'm not sure it needs it, give the ventilation in my bathroom and the fact that I roll it up in the towel and squeeze it as dry as possible. Good purchase!

Great at first, not long lasting though.
I purchased this bath mat in October 2024. It is now July of 2025......so 9 months we've been using this bath mat. Initially we loved this mat. It felt good on our feet, it offered some exfoliation. It did not slip much, unless you use any bath/shower products with any kind of oil in it. So initially a really good mat. However, after only 9 months of use, this mat is now moldy and the backing has almost entirely come off. It is no longer useable. We've had to toss this out and purchase something different. We had really high hopes for this, as the concept is great. There is much room for improvement though.

Highly recommend it
Best bath mat ever! Forget the rubber sucker types! Once this mat is wet, it doesn’t move! I like the surface on top,,,, it’s not harsh at all, and I like the surface, great for cleaning the bottom of my feet! It’s like a soft loofa!
