It is accurate that it is stimulant free. I did not experience any form of jitters or excessive energy. I question its ability on appetite control. After using this for several weeks, I find that I opened my appetite, making me hungrier sooner. Prior to using these pills, I would eat 2 meals a day. The first beginning at noon. My second meal would be around four thirty five o'clock, and that would be the last meal of my day. I would not wake up hungry. After using these pills, I have come to find that I am waking up very hungry. From the very moment I realized that I am awake, my stomach is reporting that I am practically starving. After eating, I do realize I eat less in a meal. But I end up eating a lot more meals. My meals are lasting me maybe 2-3 hours before i'm hungry again. Nothing has changed in what I eat and how I cook it. The only difference I have experienced are these pills. I have been using them for nearly one month and the scale has not changed. My weight remains around 204 lbs. I guess you can say I am metabolizing the excess meals faster, but as for the weight I already have on, it is not going anywhere. I forgot to measure myself in case this alters inches. So I cannot attest to whether it I have dropped an inch. However, I can say that my pants are fitting the same. The front label is misleading: "One Pill Only" refers to the serving size of 1 pill, but it is recommended to take 2 pills per day (1 in morning and 1 in afternoon) on an empty stomach. So daily dosage is actually 2 pills. This bottle is only a 30 day supply.
