Very Discreet & lovely panty style fit!
I tried the Always Discreet Boutique briefs a couple years ago & they were quite nice. Fast forward to the other week when I was shopping some additional styles after trying Kroger brand which I do like yet I like to change up the style & fit of my underwear at least every few days. Well ... I finally saw these Always Discreet Night briefs & had to order a pack. I'm currently wearing right now at work after sleeping all night in my first one. They are sooo very comfortable & fit me perfectly! I like my panties to have decent tummy control while also being somewhat high waisted. These Always Discreet Night briefs are a godsend! They have fantastic secure feeling leg cuffs elastic & the tummy control begins low where it should & stays firm all the way to belly button even while moving around all day. These briefs have a light crinkle when worn with no clothes over yet all I did was put on a somewhat thin pair of pants & now I can't even hear it crinkle in the quiet. Odor control is another great feature of these pull-ups as I still get a nice gentle reminder to my nose every time I go to sit on the toilet. As for the feel of the padding & how it holds up after all day movement & working including after a night of sleep, the padding has not bunched up or shifted. It feels like I'm wearing one of my medium pads in my nice lacy like feeling microfiber panties when I'm walking around. It's hardly noticeable unless I think about it. I have these on auto ship now every month & will be wearing regularly & very often no matter what I'm doing. Very discreet, very black & sexy feeling while wearing & also slimming without the bulk. These fit great in the purse & more importantly fit like a dream panty while wearing both front, back & all sides. I have worn these with firm control leggings over & they didn't show through front or back. They fit just like a panty front & back so you can wear your leggings or dress with no worries 😊 Yes I would even get into a bed with a guy with just my bra & these Always Discreet Night briefs on with not a worry in the world... that is how sexy & slimming feeling these are!

The worst
These are the worst fitting briefs I have worn. They don't cover your butt. They are really wide and bunch up in your crotch. They also make my rear itch.

Great Product But You Might Want to Size Up!
Definitely the best overnight pads/panties I have tried. They absorb very well, I haven't experienced any leaks, but they do run small. I wear a size 20 so got the XL size which is supposed to fit 20-26, they fit me fine and would probably stretch to fit a 22 OK, but if you wear a 24 or 26 you probably should size up. As other reviewers have said, there is no indication as to which is the front and which is the back but I don't think that makes a difference because of the way they are constructed. The only thing I don't care for is the smell (dye, I think), I smell it when I'm putting them on but once they are under my regular underwear I don't smell it so it's not a big problem.

Update of original 3 star "stinky stinky stinky" review
The material is much more comfortable than Depends, but the scent is horrible. Who the heck thought it was a good idea to put this stinky fragrance in them??? Also, they run small. Very disappointed. I would definitely buy a larger size if it wasn't for the smell. Such a shame. Update of my review: I still hate the fragrance but had to come back to these after trying a few other brands. The padding "gels" when wet which holds the urine better, as opposed to turning into "balls" like the others do (wet or dry). The sizing absolutely needs improvement though - large is a little too small (doesn't fit high enough in front and back) but extra large is too long allowing urine to leak out.

Runs Quite Small.
I've always used to pens and I've always been happy with them. However I did see these, and they look like they would be softer and more comfortable. So I gave them a try. They are very pretty black color and a penny itself is very soft and the liner that I really like, was sewn into the stretch of the panties and they stretch along with the panties instead of bunching up when you're trying to walk. When I opened them, I was greeted with a soft, feminine smell that I really like. It's not overwhelming, but just a hint of fresh scent that you catch when you're opening them or stretching them ready to put them on. The only thing I was disappointed in was they are not true to size. And as a customer the only thing that I have to go by to fit is their sizing chart, which is what I did. And they are a little expensive so when you get something that's this expensive and you can't wear it and they're not returnable that's really frustrating. I would say they run one to two sizes smaller than the chart says. However, once I put them on in more than for a little while they did stretch out and we're a little bit more comfortable but still not enough to justify spending this much money on something that I'm not happy with. Also, they don't have any label or print or anything to let you know which is front or back and I find that strange because they're hard enough to figure out how to put them on as it is. So you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right the first time. If not, then you've got to go again and turn them around. Who wants to spend 10 minutes every morning putting their underwear on?? Overall, they are very pretty, I love the black color, the material is very soft against your skin, but even though they're absorbent, they're not as absorbent as the Always Discreet panty. But, I tried them because I was curious as to the fit and comfort. I didn't find it that much to my liking because comfort is a big thing to me. I can't say that I wholly recommend these panties, but are also some good qualities that other people might consider it an override what they didn't like. So that's why I gave it just a rating of three as I didn't want to leave anybody to believe that I was totally satisfied with them. So, buy at your own discretion and I hope you find them to your liking. Thanks guys!!

I have used other brands but after using Always I will only buy them. Fit well are comfortable and never leak. Such a relief to feel safe when wearing them.

Purchased for a relative who suffers from mild to severe incontinence, pending on time of day. She likes them. These are very similar in construction to, and have the same strong woodsy cherry tobacco scent as, their pink 12-hour protection counterpart, but are most definitely MORE ABSORBENT, fit a tad tighter around legs, and have a slightly longer rise. These disposable underwear can be worn day or night under most clothing without being obvious or bulky. Of course, the pad section will become bulky when it encounters enough fluid for the gel to swell-up. If not sitting or putting pressure on the padded section, it can hold about 1 cup or more of fluid for a good 15 minutes or more without leaking down legs or wicking up onto the non-waterproof panty section. (Similar, if not better than, their competitor Tena and Depends Overnight). Heavy night wetters or those with severe incontinence issues will need to line these with some kind of long booster pad. For post-partem and those who only have drips, drabs, or leaks, these undies are great -- I tested them out myself to be sure and can honestly say, use these with confidence. A few thoughts... * I think the company should dispense with making the "12-hour" version given that these Night versions are superior in terms of absorbency (the panty material and the pad thickness are virtually identical). They should just make these in black and various skin-tone colours. * The price is too high, especially for those who wear larger sizes and who have to change 5 to 10 or more times per day (Very hard on the budget and a serious financial strain for those with low/fixed incomes -- Canada's healthcare system does not pay for nor subsidize incontinence products). * Amazon should make it easier to find the larger quantity packs when doing a search rather than pushing the 14 unit packages! Lastly, a point about choosing size: I recommend that you go with pant size on the size chart rather than weight. If you're teetering on the top end of a size group and have larger thighs, go up to the next size for better comfort (Otherwise, you might find yourself getting scissor happy and making alterations). Example: If your pant size is 18-22, the XL size will be more comfortable, less sweat-inducing in hot humid weather, and less prone to wicking urine up your lower back than the size Large. Also, there have been occasions where the whole package of Large size undies, purchased via Amazon, were much smaller than usual for some reason. Hope this helps.

Fit well & are very absorbent!!

I have tried most brands for overnight use, and this one tops the list. Its absorption capability is unmatched for its price range, and they make a diaper cover almost unnecessary. I say unnecessary because there are limits, and the waterproof cover provides reliable "insurance." Other brands don't measure up where leaks around the leg openings are concerned. Once again, I find that Always Discreet works pretty well the same for men as it surely does for women.

Not worth the money. There’s no front/back label, the coverage is poor, and I ended up leaking from the sides. I’ll stick with Depends—only bought this one for the black color.
